Upon successful application and completion of training, you will officially become a “Volunteer Teacher”, beginning your journey of supporting students in their learning and growth.

Subject to satisfactory performance evaluation and positive student reviews, you will be promoted to “Senior Volunteer Teacher” with opportunities to participate in more teaching planning and mentoring work.
Based on long-term dedication and quality teaching, you will be promoted to “Principal Volunteer Teacher”, assisting in guiding new volunteers and contributing to curriculum development.
You may be invited to become the “Volunteer Training Director”, responsible for coordinating volunteer training and enhancing teaching quality. Appointment to this role is subject to approval by the Chief Executive.
