Dear friends, have you ever thought that besides stepping into a classroom, there is another way you can light a lamp for children?
At “Little Dreams”, we firmly believe that every act of kindness has its most suitable place. Therefore, in addition to our frontline volunteer teachers, we have also established a warm and steadfast “Professional Volunteer Team”. Members of the Volunteer Team are not required to have any academic qualifications or prior experience – we warmly welcome all willing hearts to join.
This team is our gentle outreach in every district, and a reassuring bridge connecting the community with teaching support. Team members do not need to be directly involved in teaching, but rather, in another way, quietly pave the learning path for children:
Discovering potential volunteer teachers in the community who share a passion for education.
Assisting with the allocation of teaching matches and coordinating district support to make teaching operations run more smoothly.
Serving as a reassuring contact point between each district and our organisation, passing on information and listening to needs.

The Professional Volunteer Team does not involve teaching tasks. If you also wish to personally guide students, we cordially invite you to apply separately to become a Volunteer Teacher, allowing your expertise to directly nourish a child’s growth.
