At “Little Dreams”, besides the teachers standing in the classrooms, there is a group of people quietly weaving a web. We call them the “Professional Volunteer Team”. This is not a title, but a gentle promise –a promise to build a bridge for secure learning for children through voluntary, unpaid contribution.
We saw that the warmth of education should not stay only within the classroom. There are many caring individuals who may not be able to stand at the podium every week, yet equally wish to use their abilities to support children’s learning journeys.
Thus, this team came into being –not for teaching, but for connection; not for fame or gain, but for fulfillment.

All positions are voluntary. We do not provide salaries or allowances, because what gathers here is more precious than money – time, heartfelt intention, and a sincere belief.
